We are an emerging Australian fashion/streetwear brand with a Shopify store, and we’re looking for an experienced e-commerce/Shopify marketing specialist to help us increase website traffic, reach the right target audience and ultimately generate more sales. We’re not simply looking for someone to “run ads”. We want someone who understands how to identify and target the right customer, develop a practical marketing strategy and turn traffic into conversions. What we need help with: * Review our existing Shopify store and identify opportunities to improve conversions * Define our ideal customer and target audience * Develop a targeted customer acquisition strategy * Recommend the best channels for driving sales (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) * Develop and manage targeted advertising campaigns where appropriate * Help with audience targeting, retargeting and customer segmentation * Review campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations * Improve our approach to converting website visitors into customers * Provide practical recommendations on offers, creatives, landing pages and customer journey * Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CPA and ROAS Ideally, you have: * Proven experience growing Shopify/e-commerce brands * Strong understanding of Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising * Experience with TikTok advertising/marketing * Understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition and conversion * Ability to analyse data and explain what is and isn’t working * Experience working with fashion, streetwear, lifestyle or similar consumer brands would be a strong advantage We are a relatively lean, emerging brand, so we’re looking for someone practical, commercially minded and results-focused, rather than someone who simply provides generic marketing advice. We’re open to potentially continue with ongoing work if the right person can demonstrate

End-to-End eCommerce Campaign Manager — Shopify, Emails and Meta Ads I’m looking for one experienced eCommerce marketer to plan and manage a final stock-clearance campaign for my small business, an Australian brand selling beach towels, kids’ hooded towels, and waterproof jewellery. The campaign will run through to Boxing Day 2026. I want you to manage the work from planning through to close-out, with me signing off on the strategy, discounts, budget and customer-facing content. The work includes: Reviewing my Shopify store, current apps, Shopify Email setup, Meta accounts, tracking and existing brand assets. Recommending the campaign offer, messaging, timing and promotion plan. Preparing and scheduling email campaigns in Shopify Email. Setting up and managing Meta ads, including copy, audiences, budget pacing and optimisation. Making small, agreed Shopify updates such as sale collections, discount codes, bundles, banners and product-page changes. Recommending any apps only after explaining their purpose and cost. No new apps or ongoing costs without my approval. Providing a brief weekly update on sales, stock, ad spend and next steps. Preparing a simple campaign wrap-up and store wind-down checklist. Campaign phases: preparation and warm-up; Black Friday/Cyber Monday; summer and gifting; Christmas delivery period; final Boxing Day clearance. Please quote a fixed fee for your work through to 26 December. Advertising spend is separate, paid from my Meta account, and must stay within an approved cap. I’ll approve the campaign plan, discounts, ads and emails before they go live; you’ll manage routine execution after that.
