I own a holiday rental property listed on Airbnb, Stayz, VRBO, Booking.com and other booking platforms. The property is also featured on my property manager's website. The property is well established with strong guest reviews and consistent bookings throughout the year, however I am looking to identify opportunities to increase occupancy during quieter months, increase direct bookings and improve overall annual revenue. Currently there is little to no active social media presence for the property. Has anyone been selected for a CA ANZ CPD completion review? I’m a bit concerned because I haven’t kept detailed CPD records over the years. My career history since full membership admission: * 6 months in financial services (registered provider) – completed all required CPD through employer * 1 year overseas (non-registered provider) * Almost 2 years at a Big 4 * Around 1.5 years career break (concessions approved) The issue is that I no longer have many of the CPD records/certificates, and it looks like some historical records may no longer be available in the system. Has anyone gone through a CPD review with incomplete records? What evidence did CA ANZ ask for, and how did it work out?
