Shopify Sales, Target Marketing Specialist

We are an emerging Australian fashion/streetwear brand with a Shopify store, and we’re looking for an experienced e-commerce/Shopify marketing specialist to help us increase website traffic, reach the right target audience and ultimately generate more sales. We’re not simply looking for someone to “run ads”. We want someone who understands how to identify and target the right customer, develop a practical marketing strategy and turn traffic into conversions. What we need help with: * Review our existing Shopify store and identify opportunities to improve conversions * Define our ideal customer and target audience * Develop a targeted customer acquisition strategy * Recommend the best channels for driving sales (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) * Develop and manage targeted advertising campaigns where appropriate * Help with audience targeting, retargeting and customer segmentation * Review campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations * Improve our approach to converting website visitors into customers * Provide practical recommendations on offers, creatives, landing pages and customer journey * Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CPA and ROAS Ideally, you have: * Proven experience growing Shopify/e-commerce brands * Strong understanding of Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising * Experience with TikTok advertising/marketing * Understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition and conversion * Ability to analyse data and explain what is and isn’t working * Experience working with fashion, streetwear, lifestyle or similar consumer brands would be a strong advantage We are a relatively lean, emerging brand, so we’re looking for someone practical, commercially minded and results-focused, rather than someone who simply provides generic marketing advice.
