3D Interior Renders – Kitchen, Living, Laundry & Bathrooms (Finishes Visualisation Only) Description: We are renovating our home and would like a set of basic 3D renders to visualise our chosen finishes in a few key spaces. We already have plans and a clear idea of the layout - we don’t need full design consultation, furniture styling, or ultra-polished marketing renders. The goal is simply to check that our selected materials (benchtops, tiles, cabinetry, paint, flooring, fixtures) look good together in context. Scope: - 2 perspectives of Kitchen/Living/Dining - 1 perspective of Kitchen (straight on) - 1 perspective of Laundry - 1 perspective of Main Ensuite - 1 perspective of Main Bathroom Doesn’t need to be “perfect” — just realistic enough to show colours, textures, and how everything works together What we’ll provide: - Floor plans with measurements - Fixture selections (with/without photos if needed) What we need from you: - Renders showing the above rooms with our finishes applied - Reasonable turnaround (ideally within 1–2 weeks) - A couple of minor revisions if colours/textures don’t look right Budget: We are looking for an affordable option — ideally suited to a freelancer who can do good-quality renders without full design extras.
