Description: I am looking for an experienced concreter to complete approximately 20 m² of plain concrete slab work in my backyard in Carina Heights 4152. Scope of Work: • Site: Backyard area for: 1. Shed foundation slab – 8.5 m × 1.8 m 2. BBQ shed slab – 2.4 m × 1.5 m • Drainage: The shed slab will require an 8.5 m drain connected to the stormwater system. Work required: 1. Excavate and remove earth/sand lawn from backyard (including dumping/disposal). 2. Prepare and level the area. 3. Install formwork. 4. Supply and install mesh/reinforcement. 5. Pour and finish plain concrete (smooth finish). 6. Install drainage to stormwater system. 7. Cleanup after completion. Requirements: • Proven experience in concrete slab and drainage work (please provide photos of previous jobs). • Must have own tools and equipment (including finishing tools). • Must include all materials and labour costs in your offer. • Must handle disposal of excavated material (No green waste bin available). Other details: • Slab must be suitable for a backyard shed and BBQ shed as per the dimensions above. • Looking for competitive quotes – please detail cost breakdown if possible. • Work to be completed to a high standard with smooth finish and proper drainage connection. Inspection: Site inspection is welcome and encouraged before quoting to ensure accurate pricing and avoid unexpected costs later.

I have a plaster ceiling in my living room where a visible crack has developed along the joint line. At first it was just a fine line, but now the gap is wider and the plaster tape seems to be lifting slightly. There are no signs of water damage or sagging, but I think the joint compound might have separated. I’m looking for a plasterer to inspect the area and do the necessary repair — possibly re-taping and patching. The property is in Slacks Creek (Brisbane South). l've attached an image for reference and also an image of dimensions with what I am looking for. The cabinet itself needs a pine top with a white cabinet (I’m happy to paint the wood myself), the tank will sit to the right side as per the Al images. It will have a weight of 200kg (water, tank, substrate etc) and so the cabinet needs to have reinforcements to ensure it can handle that weight distribution through the centre and not spread to the four corners (hence having the middle legs in my Sketch too. I am negotiable on price. With regards to the cabinet inside; The left set of cupboards could have a shelf, the right side needs to not have a shelf as it will contain the filter and CO2 tanks. With that in mind it needs a big opening for pipes and power cables to pass through at the back of the cupboard (top half open).
