Task: Repair, Seal & Dust-Proof Internal Exposed Brick Walls I’m looking for an experienced handyman, painter or brick restoration professional to repair and seal exposed internal brick walls in my home. The job includes: * Vacuum and clean all brick surfaces. * Repair/repoint any loose, cracked or deteriorated mortar joints where required. * Fill minor cracks in the mortar (not with silicone). * Stabilise any loose or dusty brick surfaces. * Apply a clear, breathable, natural-look masonry sealer to all exposed brick to reduce ongoing brick/mortar dust while maintaining the original appearance (no glossy finish but a finish which uniforms the brick colour more). Remove orange paint * Protect timber stairs, floor tiles and surrounding areas before starting and leave the area clean afterwards. The walls include: * Fireplace surround. * Main exposed brick feature wall. * Stairwell brick wall. * Adjoining exposed brick areas shown in the photos. I’m looking for someone with experience sealing exposed brick or heritage-style masonry. Please let me know: * What products you recommend. * Whether your quote includes materials. * Examples/photos of similar work if available. I need a gathered fabric skirt made to cover a bar for my wedding — similar style to the reference photo attached (soft, shirred fabric that pools slightly at the floor, not a stiff pleated table skirt). Bar dimensions to cover: • Length: 180cm • Depth: 60cm • Height: 120cm Coverage needed: • Front + two short sides (3 sides total) — back is against a wall/not visible, so doesn’t need covering • Skirt should reach from tabletop edge to the floor (120cm drop), with a little extra length so it pools/puddles slightly on the floor like the reference image Style details: • Fabric gathered/shirred at the top (not flat, not box-pleated) for that soft draped look shown in the photo • Fabric: natural/ivory or off-white cotton or cotton-linen blend (soft drape, not stiff or shiny) • Top edge needs a way to attach and stay secure to the bar — e.g. a fabric channel with elastic or ties, or Velcro/hook strip, so it can be fitted snugly around the top edge and won’t slip during the event • Should look finished from all visible angles (no raw hems)

I would like the sliding cavity door between my bedroom and bathroom removed. I no longer need the door and would like the doorway left open temporarily, as I plan to have a permanent wall built in its place. I do not want another door installed. Please remove the door from its track and remove any hardware if possible. If patching, trimming, or making the opening neat is required after the door is removed, please let me know.
