My 2015 Honda CRV’s dashboard head unit screen has developed a severe fault – the entire display is purple, while the smaller screen above it is unaffected. The issue started immediately after a new battery was installed. I’ve already tried rebooting, colour adjustments and a factory reset but the fault remains. I have contacted Honda and they have advised they don't have a software update for my model. Looking for an experienced auto electrician or technician who can diagnose and repair the problem
