Hi, I am in Tarneit and I’m looking for a handyman/carpenter to build/install a simple 3-panel hinged door system in front of my existing garage door. The garage opening is about 2770 mm wide. I want: one small pedestrian door for walking access two larger hinged panels that can open when I need car access a simple frame, hinges, lock/bolt, and basic sealing The existing sectional garage door will stay as it is. This new door system would sit behind it. Can you do this type of job? If yes, please let me know your rough price range including labour and materials for both images I sent.

Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman, plasterer, or painter to repair some holes in a wall at our retail store, in Craigieburn Central. The Issue: There are several untidy holes in the plasterboard wall behind a desk, where power and data cables come through. We need these holes professionally repaired and painted to create a clean, finished look around the wall outlets. The Job: The task is to patch the holes and touch up the paint so the repair is invisible. The scope of work includes: 1. Protecting the desk and surrounding floor area with drop sheets. 2. Preparing the damaged areas, patching the holes with plasterboard filler, and sanding everything perfectly smooth and flush with the wall. 3. Applying a spot-primer to the repaired areas. 4. Painting the patches to match the existing wall colour, feathering the edges to ensure a seamless blend. Paint Specification: Please refer to the attached photo Requirements: - MUST have experience with high-quality plasterboard repairs and interior patch painting. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including plaster filler, sandpaper, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally within a live retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required.
