Hi I need to put a steel garden shade at the corner of my house. The floor bed is concrete already there as you see in the image. And shade can be like reference images. But we need the door on the narrow side. Need to set up a shade with 4 sides and roof. There will be entry door as well. The shade should be 2.5 m deep/ length , 1.5 m wide and around 2 m high. You need to supply the material and quote should include all costs of material, accessories if any and labour. Ideally we want it be completed within August, however this time frame is not mandatory. Hi there, I’m looking for a plasterer or experienced handyman to help with two ceiling patch jobs in my small apartment in Footscray: ✅ 1. Main Living Room Ceiling - Foot went through ceiling while in roof space (see photos) - Needs: - Neat square/rectangular cut-out - Backing/noggins as required - New plasterboard section installed - Taping, base and top coat, sanding - I can repaint myself unless that’s part of your standard service ✅ 2. Old Gas Heater Flue Patch - Second hole in ceiling (former gas heater flue location) - Much smaller, already opened up - Just needs clean patch and blending - Also needs a cornice too, if you can do Would love someone who: - Can do both in a single visit - Is clean, tidy, and respectful of the small space. - Can quote for labour + materials (happy to reimburse materials with receipts if that’s easier) Ceiling height is standard. Street parking out front. Also open to chatting about future job of cutting a new manhole, and plastering up the gap once non-load bearing wall between living and kitchen gets removed down the track. Please let me know your availability and a rough quote or callout + hourly rate. Photos see attached. Thanks!
