We require an experienced handyman / carpenter to carry out rectification works on built-in booth seating in a commercial hospitality venue. This is NOT a basic furniture job – the seating is fixed and built into cabinetry and walls. Scope of Works: • Remove one full wall-mounted booth seating unit (attached to a rear shelf/cabinet structure) • Detach safely without damaging surrounding cabinetry • Seal the wall surface behind it once removed • Lift and open all booth seat bases (they have internal cavities/storage voids) • Thoroughly clean out all internal cavities (vacuum + debris removal) • Remove loose foam, dust and debris • Seal all internal gaps inside each seating unit • Seal perimeter gaps between seating and walls • Patch approximately 3–4 visible holes • Apply appropriate sealant/foam so cavities are fully enclosed • Remove and reseal 3 fixed shelving units (two downstairs, one upstairs) • Seal backs of shelving units to wall surface before reinstalling Goal: All booth cavities fully cleaned and sealed. No open gaps between walls, cabinetry or seating. Clean finish required. Requirements: • Must have own tools • Experience with cabinetry / built-in seating • Ability to remove and reinstall fixed units cleanly • Must clean site after completion • Attention to detail is critical This is a commercial environment so work must be neat and professional. Site inspection available prior to quoting. Please quote including labour and materials (sealant, foam, fillers etc).
