Hi, I'm about to put an offer in for this 20sqm studio apartment in Potts Point and need quotes before I commit. I have a skip bin on-site for all debris. Work needed: 1. Cabinetry removal — Small kitchenette (upper & lower cabinets). Remove and dispose into skip bin. Patch walls to paint-ready standard (fill holes, level, sand smooth). Paint patched areas to match existing walls. 2. Vinyl flooring removal — Tear up existing vinyl (~20sqm), remove adhesive, prep subfloor. Debris to skip bin. 3. Cork flooring installation — Install floating cork tiles (300×300×6mm, ~20sqm) with acoustic cork underlay. All materials provided by me. Please refer to attached photos for visual reference — red crosses show cabinetry to be removed. What I provide: Skip bim, cork tiles, acoustic underlay, paint (colour TBD once I speak with the current owner). What you provide: Labour, expertise, all tools, all patching materials (filler, sandpaper, etc.), all flooring installation materials (adhesive, spacers, etc.), cabinetry/flooring removal, patching, painting touch-ups, and flooring installation. Looking for experienced flooring/renovation work. Quote labour only, please.

The Issue: Our shopfront has a textured "bag render" finish. There are a few small holes and chips in the wall surface that need to be professionally repaired to restore the clean appearance of our storefront. The Job: The task is to patch the holes and replicate the existing textured finish before painting. The scope of work includes: 1. Preparing the damaged areas on the wall. 2.
