Details: Bedroom ceiling has sagged and is currently propped. Failure caused by original glue-only installation. Ceiling must be fixed properly. Scope of works: • Remove loose/sagging ceiling gyprock • Clean off old adhesive from joists/battens • Supply & install existing gyproc • Screw-fix plasterboard into joists (not glue-only) • Set, sand, and finish joints • Refit light fittings / vents • Repaint entire ceiling • Remove waste and clean up Requirements: • Must comply with AS/NZS plasterboard standards • Licensed & insured • Include all labour, materials, disposal, and painting in quote.
