Garage Door Repair – 6m Sectional Panel Door Looking for an experienced garage door technician to service and repair a 6m wide x 2.2m high sectional door. Issues: Cables have come loose. Bottom cable brackets/anchors are missing and incorrectly secured with tek screws — need proper replacements. Torsion shaft — replacement needed. May require an additional torsion spring for balance. Door might need stiffening/reinforcement. Scope: Inspect and diagnose. Supply and install correct cables, bottom brackets, and tension components. Replace torsion tube and/or add spring if required. Ensure the door runs smoothly and safely. Please quote labour + parts and advise availability. House is tenanted, but door is in open position and easily inspectable from footpath. I am seeking a detailed quotation on behalf of my grandmother for the supply and installation of a bathroom cabinet with vanity basin and tapware, Scope of Works Install Vanity & Basin - Freestanding cabinet sized to fit within the available alcove (approx. 750cm wide x 48–69 cm deep x 750 cm high). - Concept preference: modern, white finish cabinet with drawers, fitted with a round above-counter basin -Mixer tapware in chrome or stainless finish. -Connect hot and cold supply lines (currently capped). -Connect waste outlet to existing floor waste. - Supply and fit new tapware (basin mixer or cross taps with spout, depending on design recommendation). - Floor preparation for freestanding cabinet installation, including leveling if required. - Wall preparation behind already removed vanity (damaged render and exposed brick/pipework is the current state will require patching to ensure a flush finish for cabinet installation). - Allow for any waterproofing touch-ups as required by regulations. - Removal of remaining adhesive/residue from previous tiles to ensure smooth mounting surface. -Install and seal tapware and waste fittings. - Ensure all visible gaps are siliconed/sealed neatly for waterproofing and aesthetics. Additional Notes - Existing power point is adjacent to vanity location (shown in photos). Please advise if relocation or compliance upgrades are necessary. - Please itemize labour, materials, plumbing connections, floor/wall prep, and disposal of old materials in the quotation. •If available, please also provide lead times for supply and installation.

We need our front door and garage door replaced. We will need someone who has experience in this and the tools, the doors will need to be cut to size and I’m not sure about how the current frame works with the next door but if that needs to be replaced ect we will need someone who knows how to do that, will also need the door handle hole to be cut and any advice on what door will work better (we only need cheap ones as we’re moving) as well as hinges and anything else we will need. Obviously we will purchase everything and the price is just labour costs. Front door is 2040 x 813 x 40, so needs the width cut Garage door is 2035 x 767 x 35, so needs the width and height cut
