Our installer is hanging artworks in a stairwell, we need another person to help him, someone who is ok with climbing up a ladder, can bring their own ladder and someone who can measure and drill is a bonus. My garage roller door cannot open automatically. It can close normally but when opening it becomes very heavy and needs to be lifted manually. The motor is a Merlin QuietDrive and it still works, but I believe the roller door spring inside the door has broken or lost tension. Looking for someone experienced with garage doors to inspect and replace the spring if needed. Location: Runcorn,Brisbane. Flexible with time, best before 18th March. Hi, need few things to be done at my townhouse PLEASE for Labour only 1. My carpet got wet and hence news ro remove 3m*1 m piece, replace underlay and reinstall carpet as is 2. Replace a standaed door lock for a bathroom 3. A 0.5 metre small wooden plank on balcony wall, near floor is getting rotten, need to replace it and paint just that piece 4. Small wooden deck- about 20-25 nails are a bit loose and needs to be replaced with decking screw 5. A small side fence about 2.5 sqm is loose from both ends and need to be fixed back - no damage to fence ..just need to tie back 6. Ducted AC filter to be replaced, just need to replace existing filter with new one Pictures attached
