Diagnose and fix roof water leak: • The leak comes from a section above the garage marked in Photo 1 (around 3 to 4 meters long, marked in red). • Water is leaking inside the garage, damaging the internal wall and skirting board (see Photos 2 & 3). • The job may require installing a box gutter or storm seal solution to properly redirect water and prevent future leakage. 2. Full package required (Labour + Materials): • You need to supply and install the materials. • Work must permanently solve the leak, not just temporarily seal it. • A 10-year workmanship guarantee is required. 3. Must be experienced: • Previous insurance inspectors failed to find the real leak source. • You must be able to identify and resolve the issue effectively.
