We are looking for an experienced installer (NOT basic handyman) to reinstall toilet partitions in a commercial premises in Sydney CBD. Scope of work: • Reinstall 5 toilet cubicles (existing panels, honeycomb type) • Drill into newly tiled walls and floors (must have experience to avoid cracking tiles) • Reinforce fixing points (current screw holes are loose) • Apply proper adhesive (e.g. Sikaflex or equivalent) • Ensure structure is solid and aligned Locks: • Supply and install 5 NEW toilet locks (English indicator: Vacant / Occupied) • Existing locks will be replaced Project schedule: • This Friday: install 2 male cubicles • Next Friday: install 3 female cubicles (tiles will be completed by then) Requirements: • Must have experience with toilet partitions / commercial fitout • Must bring proper tools (tile drill bits, anchors, fixings, adhesive) • Must supply all required materials (except panels) • Clean and professional finish required Location: Sydney CBD 2000 Please include: • Your experience • Photos of similar jobs • Quote for full job (labour + materials) This is a straightforward job for the right person, but must be done properly.

Plasterboard install and repair on an easy to access bulkhead under an A/C unit. Approx 1750 x 780mm. Old damaged board already removed and cut back to steel framing. May need minor trimming/clean-up before boarding. Scope of work: - Supply and install 13mm plasterboard (prefer moisture resistant) to wardrobe ceiling on existing steel framing — approx 1750 x 780mm. - Supply and install new metal corner bead to exposed edge - Paper tape all joins - Three-coat set (base coat, second coat, finishing coat) on all joins and corner bead - Sand flush and smooth - Patch and fill multiple small holes and gouges on wardrobe interior walls (see photos) - The hole near the floor is between studs - board has no support mid-span. May need nogging installed between steel framing before patching. - Sand back any peeling/bubbled paint and loose compound on wardrobe interior walls to create flat, sound surfaces ready for painting. - Scrape old compound residue off steel framing before boarding to ensure new plasterboard sits flat. Wardrobes will be installed against finished surfaces, so finish must be level and flush. - Sander with vacuum/dust extraction to be used where possible. Work is in an apartment block with lifts, so needs a little care to not tramp white plaster dust into the common areas. Parking is available on request. Quote to include all materials and labour to complete the scope above. Please include in your offer: estimated time on-site, and whether you have a sander with vacuum extraction.

Hi, the bathroom towel rail has come loose from the wall and one side has pulled out, damaging the plaster around the bracket (see photos). I need someone to repair the plaster if required and securely reinstall the towel rail so it sits straight and holds properly again. Prefer installation using heavy-duty plasterboard anchors or stud fixing so it doesn’t pull out again. Please provide a quote including labour and let me know if any materials will be required.

My garage roller door cannot open automatically. It can close normally but when opening it becomes very heavy and needs to be lifted manually. The motor is a Merlin QuietDrive and it still works, but I believe the roller door spring inside the door has broken or lost tension.
