Hi, I need an experienced technician for complete service on two electric gates, including adjustments and new remotes. Please provide a total all-inclusive quote – I want to avoid any hidden charges. Scope includes: 1. Front Sliding Gate: Gate reverses before fully closing. Needs inspection and adjustment (possibly limit switch or force setting). 2. Garage Roller Door (Gliderol): Hits the ground when closing or remains slightly open. Needs accurate limit setting adjustment. 3. Remote Control Replacement (Both Gates): Current remotes are very old. Please supply and configure two new remotes (1 for each gate). Scope of work About 30 holes in total ~20 small/medium (fist‑sized) ~8 larger (up to dinner‑plate) 1 horizontal split (~1 m) under a light switch Tasks Cut, brace & patch damaged Gyprock Sand smooth, prime & apply two coats to match existing off‑white/cream Re‑seat the light‑switch plate that’s dangling in one pic Finish level – “looks good at a glance” for open‑home inspections. No need to repaint whole rooms unless blend lines show. Materials – please supply everything (Gyprock, compound, primer, paint, sundries). Access & timing House is in Cranebrook (Penrith area) – easy driveway parking, power & water on site. Flexible access 8 am–6 pm most days. Need it wrapped up by : – sooner the better. Budget guide I’m expecting offers in the $1.5 k – $2.5 k range for a full patch‑and‑paint but hit me with your best price and timeframe. 1. Blinds > we need to buy then install. 2. kitchen sink tap needs repair. 3. A perspex box needs to be bought and installed ( with a lock) for the internet modem. I suggest a visit to the site is needed for a quote for work, so would suit a local handyman (to Blacktown). Please note the 'quote' is for hourly rate for labour as we are unsure how long it will take. Add to that the cost of materials.
