I have 3 large weeping paperbark trees in my garden and i'd like to get rid of 2 of them. One of them is around 5m from the house. They drop lots of branches/leaves etc and block gutters .The council have rejected the application as they look healthy. There is no evidence of damage to foundations/driveway etc yet. I've read they can drop branches even when they look healthy. I'm trying to build a case to help get them removed and I'm looking for someone to do an arborist report saying they are a potential hazard.
