We are looking for reliable gardeners to provide regular maintenance for our strata property. Current contractor has become too expensive and unreliable, so we’re after new quotes. Scope of works required: Mow and edge front lawn area and nature strips Rake and remove leaves and litter Prune plants and shrubs as required Remove large weeds/spray smaller ones Blow property clean including under carport and back of the property. Report any garden/maintenance issues to the OC Manager Dispose of green waste Supply and spread mulch as required or upon request Plant new plants as required or apon request Frequency: Fortnightly (September – April) Monthly (May – August) Details: Work is for common areas of a strata property, not a private residence Usually two gardeners attend, but open to one if efficient Want consistency and transparency – not starting strong and then “in and out” in 15 minutes because no one is watching What we want: A gardener or team that takes pride in their work Reliable, professional, and communicative Able to provide invoice for OC records Charges reasonable price for services Please provide your quote per visit, details of your service, and availability.
