Scope of works: 1️⃣ Hardwood Flooring Area: approx. 60 m² Stairs: 12 steps + 6 winders - manufacturer supplied nose but need to trim to size Board size: 910 x 125 x 18 mm 2️⃣ SPC Flooring Area: approx. 85 m² Board size: 230 x 1570 x 8 mm - Click and lock system Underlayment required to be installed underneath Stairs: 23 steps + 9 winders - Glue with edge trims - Tx t m0b more detailed O4️⃣ O2 Peter 5️⃣🎱6 Yu 92🎱 Installation areas: Ground floor – concrete slab Stairs - steps and winders (where the stairs turn) First floor – floorboards Materials: - Flooring materials and underlayment supplied by owner. - Installer to supply own tools, fixings, adhesives, and consumables Location: - Clayton - Price for reference only. Negotiable cash please. Requirements: - Proven experience with hardwood flooring and SPC flooring installations - Ability to prepare subfloors properly (levelling, moisture checks if required) - Attention to detail for clean cuts, transitions, and finishes - Trim out flooring if corner is not good - Reliable, punctual, and professional Timing: Flexible – can be discussed with the right installer

Quote for Labour only. Build an outdoor deck subfloor to comply with approved council permits. The deck will go around a spa and the stump wholes need to be inspected. I have already dug about 8 of the holes. I will be able to complete decking, but I'm more than happy to pay additional if the quote is reasonable. Our home is very old with wooden floorboards in bathroom. There are 3 small area of rotten boards to be replaced. Boards dont need to match as bathroom will be renovated in future. Biggest hole is close to toilet.

Hi All. Need my deck pressure washed and stained again to bring it back to life! Small deck 3m X 4m long. I have included photos. One of the photo shows the wear on a small part.
