I will handle the initial high-pressure wash, but need you to manage the sanding, priming, and staining across three different ages of wood to ensure an even finish. The Deck: • Size: [Insert approx sqm, e.g., 25 sqm] • Wood Ages: 18 years old (highly porous), 7 years old, and 1 year old. • Finish: We are using a solid acrylic stain to completely hide the age/colour gaps. Scope of Work: 1. Light Sand: Scuff the 1-year-old section to open the grain and smooth any rough spots on the older timber. 2. Prime: Apply exterior wood primer to the 18-year (and potentially 7-year) sections to equalise absorption. 3. Coat: Apply 2 coats of solid acrylic deck stain across the entire deck for a uniform finish. Materials: • I supply all liquids (cleaner, primer, stain). • You bring all application tools (brushes, rollers, sander/pads).
