We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager to help build a brand from the ground up across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work with a fun, family-friendly brand launching soon — we can’t reveal too much yet, but if you love short-form content, trends, and community building, this is for you. 🎯 Responsibilities: * Create and publish 3–5 original Reels or short-form videos per week (TikTok & Instagram) * Curate and post relevant, on-brand content to Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram * Build monthly content calendars with post ideas, hooks, and visuals * Track engagement, adjust strategies, and report weekly insights * Research trends and adapt them to fit the brand’s tone (relevant to parents, families, creativity, etc.) * Engage with comments and community in a warm and consistent voice ✅ You should have: * Experience managing accounts across at least 3 of the 4 platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) * A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created (especially Reels/TikToks) * Strong visual, written, and trend-spotting skills * Bonus: You’ve worked with creative, family-oriented, or lifestyle brands This is a remote, freelance position starting part-time with opportunity to grow as the brand gains traction. You’ll have creative input and the ability to shape how this brand shows up to the world.
