I own a holiday rental property listed on Airbnb, Stayz, VRBO, Booking.com and other booking platforms. The property is also featured on my property manager's website. The property is well established with strong guest reviews and consistent bookings throughout the year, however I am looking to identify opportunities to increase occupancy during quieter months, increase direct bookings and improve overall annual revenue. Currently there is little to no active social media presence for the property.
