Training & Business Understanding — Very Important I want to learn how to use Ads Manager, understand CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate, calculate advertising costs and profit, and know when to scale or stop a campaign. Pawboo is a reusable pet-hair/lint removal roller designed to quickly remove pet hair from clothing, couches, carpets, bedding and other fabric surfaces. We are currently interested in simple, satisfying ASMR-style cleaning content — close-up shots of pet hair being removed from different surfaces with satisfying before/after results. We are also open to other creative approaches if you have experience creating high-performing e-commerce ads. What we need: 10 ads 10–30 second short-form ads Strong hook within the first few seconds Satisfying pet-hair removal demonstrations Clear before/after results Professional editing, pacing and sound design Text overlays/captions where appropriate Multiple creative variations for testing Content that feels native to social media rather than like a corporate advertisement We will provide product images/videos, brand information, examples of the style we like and any existing footage/assets. Important: The product itself must not be altered or redesigned. The exact appearance, shape, proportions, colours, materials and orientation of the Pawboo roller must remain consistent with our actual product. We are looking for someone who understands e-commerce advertising and knows how to make people stop scrolling, not just someone who can edit videos.
