Video Editor for Wedding & Event Reels - Short Form Content (Elegant, Minimalistic, Music-Driven) I need help editing wedding and event videos into elegant, minimalistic reels that showcase the experience of booking me (a musician/DJ). I’ve been doing this myself but now have a backlog of footage to go through. I need someone to pick the best moments and create 1-minute (or less) videos that capture the energy and emotion of the events. What you’ll do: Sort raw iPhone footage (performances, crowd shots, BTS, B-roll) to find the best takes matching the music’s vibe. Edit 2 clean, modern reels weekly, syncing cuts and transitions to music when needed (we can do more if you can I have the time) Add simple, catchy text hooks at the start to grab attention. Edit DJ mixing transitions with minimal text overlays. Keep edits polished and timeless-no flashy effects, just smooth storytelling. What I’m looking for: Someone who gets how music drives event energy and can reflect that in the edits. Experience with Instagram Reels/TikTok formats and trends. A sharp eye for flattering angles and compelling takes. Reliable and able to deliver regularly. Available for a 30-minute weekly planning call if needed. Comfortable using Asana (I’ll provide folders, goals, and video ideas). What I’ll provide: Organised cloud folders with footage and photos. Clear campaign goals for direction. Prepped Asana workspace for collaboration. Specific footage with video concepts when applicable.
