Hi there, Needing a licensed electrician to help 1- install a ceiling fan in bedroom. (I have the fan) 2-provide consult and quote to change the bathroom light switch. Ideally want the light switch moved to the switch for the bathroom shower fan. They were split during construction so the light switch is over the toilet inside the bathroom rather than at the door switch by the entrance. Not much use trying to turn on the light switch when it’s just powering the fan only…

We need someone who is experienced with noise mitigations in a new build (extension to an existing house). Someone who can determine a value proposition so that I can present to our builder with specific option or a choice between two. They keep pushing back and I think is partly because they have limited experience in noise mitigation and not prepared to recommend specific products. They seem to want to install what they do elsewhere, brick veneer, standard gyprock. I'm seeking an hourly rate.
