Job description: Full internal sanitary drainage design covering all fixtures (1 bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, combined with laundry; 1 kitchen) — internal soil and waste pipe layout, floor wastes, fixture connections, pipe sizing, fall gradients, venting, and connection to mains sewer/onsite system as applicable. As the site is H1, the design also needs to show pipe run layout to the point of connection, locations of flexible/articulated joints (slab penetrations, footing crossings, other movement-prone points), and joint type/product specified (WaterMark-approved) — referenced against AS/NZS 3500.2 (Appendix G) and AS 2870. Documentation should be suitable for Council/building approval and licensed plumber sign-off. PDF and CAD plans, structural drawings, and site classification report available to attach for review and quoting. Please confirm licensing and include estimated lead time and design cost range in your quote. Final installation and sign-off to be completed by a licensed plumber/drainer in NSW.

I have a 500L Rhino Rack roof pod that has around an 80cm crack in it which goes right through. I would like it to be repaired so it is water tight again. I don’t care about the look or colour if of the repair as long as it is done properly and no dust or water can get in. Not sure if it needs a proper weld or a good expoxy job (or something else) I’m in Frankston, but happy to drop it off to wherever you are (within a 20km range) for it to be worked on and repaired
