Repair the rotten bottom section of an external door frame, approximately halfway up the frame to the level of the door hinge. Replacement timber must be H3 treated pine and match the existing door frame/profile. The new timber should sit above the tile rather than being embedded into the slab, with a small sealed gap at the base to help prevent future moisture issues. No painting required, as I will do the preparation and painting myself. Easy access. Looking for someone experienced with door frame/jamb repairs. Please confirm you have completed similar work before and will use H3 treated pine.
