Gday. I have a ute camper and it needs to fit in a ute tub. I would like you to measure 16 models of Utes accurately at dealerships or privately to let me know which vehicle will suit my camper. Im offering to pay 30 dollars per vehicle measured accurately to the MM. Pictures must also be taken as proof. Here is the list of vehicles along with the type of measurements im looking for. 1. Ford Ranger 2. Toyota HiLux 3. Mitsubishi Triton 4. Isuzu D-MAX 5. Mazda BT-50 6. Nissan Navara 7. Volkswagen Amarok 8. GWM Cannon / GWM Cannon Alpha 9. KGM SsangYong Musso (and Musso XLV) 10. LDV / Maxus Terron 9 (LDV Terron 9 / eTerron 9) 11. Kia Tasman 12. JAC T9 / Hunter (launched or launching as dual-cab) 13. BYD Shark 6 (PHEV ute) 14. Chevrolet Silverado / GMC (imported / specialist) 15. RAM 1500 (and other RAM / heavy pickups with dual cab) 16. Ford F-150 / F series (imported / converted dual cab) -Measure total length of Bed -Measure total width of bed. -Measure width between wheel arches. -Measure entry width. (This like most the measurements require some attention. There is usually something obstructing the entry width. Whether it be the taillights, tie down hooks etc. There is usually something there. So ensure you measure from the tightest point of the bed entry. -Length from backwall to end of wheel arch. -Height of wheel arch. -Height of bed wall in total. -Height from base of tub to the roof/antannae of vehicle -Length of Tub back wall upto end of open tail gate

Hello, We are looking for an experienced locksmith or a skilled handyman to supply and replace a broken door latch at our retail store, in Rockingham. The Issue: The internal latch mechanism on our optometry room door has completely failed. The spring has come out and is bent, and the latch bolt itself is broken inside the door. As a result, the door cannot be latched closed and must be propped shut, which is a significant operational and potential fire safety issue. This is a recurring problem, and we require a durable, high-quality replacement. The Job: The task is to replace the entire faulty latch mechanism to make the door fully functional again. The scope of work includes: 1. Carefully removing the existing door handles and the broken latch mechanism from the door. 2. Supplying a new, high-quality, commercial-grade tubular latch mechanism. 3. Installing the new latch correctly. 4. Re-installing the existing door handles and ensuring they properly operate the new latch. 5. Testing the door thoroughly to confirm it latches securely and opens and closes smoothly. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the new, high-quality replacement latch mechanism. The cost for this hardware must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - You must supply all your own tools AND the new replacement latch (as mentioned above). - Ability to work cleanly and professionally within a live retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required. We want a quote to remove a 4m load-bearing wall in a double concrete block house and require a structural engineer to provide load calculations, beam verification, and sign-off for the proposed reinforcement method. The wall we want removed was dividing 2 x 3.6 metre long rooms so the new space would be 7.2m long x 4 m wide. The house has a solid reinforced concrete ceiling (200mm thick), and the wall to be removed is single concrete block thick (approx. 150mm). The outside walls of wall being removed are double concrete brick approx 400mm wide including the render. The wall has already been half removed and a H-channel lintel has been installed. If we need to add a lintel (maybe it's not required) we would like to install a channel on top of the concrete ceiling, dynobolted above where the wall is instead of inside the room. There is no second story, even though there is the conrete roof, I have a video explanation that will help.
