Adjust/repair sliding doors on built-in robe I have a built-in robe with sliding doors that aren’t running smoothly on their tracks. They stick and don’t glide as they should – likely needs the rollers adjusted or replaced or the tracks cleaned/realigned. Looking for someone experienced with sliding wardrobe doors to assess and get them sliding properly again. There are 3 door panels. Bottom track and rollers are accessible. Have a sewer smell coming from the laundry room, looking for a plumber to come out and diagnose the issue / potentially fix it - House was vacant for a month before we moved in - Freestanding laundry no sink, only drain pipe in floor with dishwasher line and laundry line going down it - Have been running the laundry and dishwasher for a week - gets a little better with some water but smell still there Doesnt seem to be coming from a particular spot seems to be a sewage/rotten egg smell in the entire room/area No drain in the laundry Water is draining fine Looking for diagnosis of the cause and quote/repair if able to be fixed on the day

Tried swapping out with identical latch and lever set from another door but same issue. The latch retracts fine when not installed in the door. Previously outside lever opened it more fully but now it’s very similar both sides. Needing to pull to force latch to slide to let door open.
