We have a narrow, 3br freestanding house. The front (original) part of the house is single storey. The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half of the house has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. One of the gutters on the second story has rusted in one small section such that rain flows through the hole(s) instead of the downpipe. That gutter will either need to be repaired or replaced. We also have a downpipe coming off the flat tin roof at the rear of the property that has broken off and needs replacing. Please quote for either your hourly rate (and estimate of how many hours), otherwise a fixed fee for the whole job. Also note whether or not your quote includes: (1) replacement parts (2) GST (3) relevant insurance. I can provide photos if helpful and answer any Qs. Thanks!

I need a small undermount prep sink (approx. 240mm x 440mm) installed to the right side of my existing kitchen sink. I will supply the sink. Scope of Work: Stone Cutting & Finish: Cut into existing 20mm Silestone benchtop for an undermount sink. polished internal edge finish suitable for undermount installation. Sink Installation: Install sink as undermount, including proper support (brackets/frame) and sealing. Plumbing: Connect new waste to existing drain within cupboard space only. No work on common property pipes or walls. Strata Requirement: Provide a brief written confirmation (email is fine): All plumbing works are contained within the lot boundary and do not impact common property or shared infrastructure. Need somebody to: 1. Go through manhole into the crawl space beneath the floor. Manhole is c. 35cm by 30cm (probably be easier if you're on the smaller side). 2. Crawl c. 3m to retrieve the ends of 2 x coaxial antenna cables (currently sat in wall cavity - not attached to anything) and then drag them back over to the manhole. 3. Install 2 x floor sockets (provided by me - already purchased). 4. Drill 2 new holes in floor, thread cables through and attach into sockets. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or if anything isn't clear. Can be pretty flexible with day and time.
