Hi, I'm looking to get a fixed labor quote for a specific steering issue on my 2012 Toyota Corolla sedan (ZRE152 platform). When I turn the steering wheel while stationary, it makes a rattling/clunking noise. I've tracked it down to the electric power steering motor inside the column. Specifically, I have the genuine Toyota part—the EPS motor shaft rubber damper / star coupler (Part #45254-28040)—and I just need a mechanic to drop the lower dash trim, access the motor housing, and swap out that small rubber bushing. It sounds exactly the same on how the video described. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAmrttRRdF0&t=12s
