Hi I need a licensed electrician to come and wire a Meross Smart Garage Door Opener to my FAAC Driveway gate. It’s really super simple job, I can’t do it as I am unable to reach and don’t have the time do it, wanting and will need someone with wiring experience and tools and license. Will take less than 20 mins. Pretty much from my understanding open up the FAAC control unit (I have done and checked) plug & screw 2 meross wires into 2 dry contact screw ports (OPEN A com). I need a solid timber hinged door supplied (glass window preferably at the top, practically the same as the photos shown), installed, and modified for a garage converted into a room. Door opening: approx 2050mm high × 820mm wide Work required: Supply and install a basic solid timber door (most cost-effective option) Cut one round hole (~150mm) for portable air-conditioner exhaust Fit vent kit and seal around it so hot air doesn’t leak back in Important notes: This is a garage, door may be exposed to heat This is a rental — original door must not be damaged or used. New door must be removable / reversible No painting required This is a functional job, not cosmetic Budget: Looking to keep total cost frienldy as this is a rental and I would appreciate fairness and something realistic. I am looking for an experienced formworker or carpenter to set up forms for a decorative concrete wall. The 40cm wide x 22cm deep trench is already dug, and I have a bricklayer’s line in place for the exact alignment. Project Specs: - Total Length: 15.4m (split into sections). - Thickness: ~20cm. - Design: The wall includes 120-degree turns and height steps. Height Sections: - 50cm high x 6.4m - 70cm high x 5.6m - 90cm high x 1.4m - Driveway Section A: 50cm high x 1.25m - Driveway Section B (attached to the longer wall): 100cm high x 0.8m - Ground Conditions: Very hard/rocky soil. What is required: - Supply and Setup: Provide and install all formwork (Form-ply preferred for a smooth finish). - Bracing: Must be professionally braced for a concrete pour (High-density stakes/kickers/ties). - Tools: Must have own tools and stakes capable of handling very hard ground (steel pins/power tools). My Role: - I will install the rebar and manage the concrete pour myself. - I am happy to help with heavy lifting/moving timber during setup. - I will strip the forms myself. Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few small, straightforward jobs, ideally completed in one visit: 1️⃣ Laundry room ceiling trim - a short section of cornice/trim has come loose and needs to be re-fixed (see photo). 2️⃣ Bathroom shower hose / rail - the hose is faulty and stuck. If the old hose connection can be removed, hose replacement only is needed (rail stays). Rail replacement only if removal damages the existing fitting. No plumbing changes. 3️⃣ Shower base silicone re-seal - remove existing mouldy silicone and apply new mould-resistant bathroom-grade silicone. Total length approx. 3.5 Lm. Silicone only, not grout. 4️⃣ Bathroom door lock - door does not close properly; likely needs adjustment or minor repair (no lock replacement). All jobs are minor and suitable for a handyman with the right tools. Looking for a neat finish and attention to detail. Please quote for all items together. Happy to answer any questions.
