Edit: I need the tap too. Not just install. I need to change this tap to something modern where I can move the tap out of the way and flexible pull out faucet double mode sprays. Also the current tap doesn’t have enough pressure. Tap bend should be able rotate to the side to move it out of the way. Also pull out feature so I can clean the surroundings etc. I’m in no rush. If anyone knows good recommendations for the tap and can get it and install it ? This is a rental so not looking to spend more. Just for convenience also not interested in very cheap products. Thnx.

Opening from passage into 3-way bathroom is arched at top. The sides are vertical/straight. I want the arch part at top removed to make the 2 top corners 90 degrees. The timber frame is complete, so just gyprocking needed. There is no architrave. I can remove the corner gyprock, so the job is ready for gyprocking.One photo is from passage and other photo is from bathroom.

1963 Truimph Spitfire respray. This car was nearly finished by a previous owner. It is in primer with all rust and repairs professionally done. It needs to be sprayed a solid 2K red. Will supply paint code. No pearl etc, old school solid colour. You will need to do a final blocking to your satisfaction. The doors are off. It will be a straightforward mainly outer respray. Doesn't need engine bay spayed as rebuilt motor and gearbox have already been fitted with new suspension, wheels tyres etc. It is a small car. I want it to look great from the outside as it will just be a daily little classic runner not a show car. I have a small budget. Car is rolling on its wheels doesn't drive easily pushable lightweight small convertible. I will totally mask anything I don't want overspray on and deliver it to your spray booth and then take it away again. Important factor is cost as it is not a hugely valuable car and not a concourse restoration even though this has h had body off for repairs and total rebuild of all the suspension etc. Easy job for a professional. Car is in Capalaba so needs to be Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine coast.

Remove Residential Kitchen, including Kitchen Island Bench, Two Sections of Bench - Cupboards, Kickboards etc, everything as in photos tp show Kitchen, ( except for Splashback ) Cupboards above, headboard, everything in photo, sink, doors etc, but not splash back there. Move to Truck and place carefully inside so not to damage anything, then drive to Leonay and take all of the items out of the truck and place carefully in garage for Stage Two when the kitchen will be installed. Job to be done this Tuesday the 20th of January 2026

I need to remove the existing grout/silicone and apply a fresh new white grout and seal in my ensuite shower. I also need to screw the caddies in both ensuite and common showers as they dont hold much weight due to the adhesive coming off. I have white grout and sealer (see photos) but if you need to use something else let me know. I have some tools but for your convenience, please use your own tools.
