URGENT — Civil3D Cut & Fill Plan — Need within 1.5 hours I need an experienced Civil3D operator to produce a cut/fill volume calculation and plan for a commercial development site (~5,765m²) in Kiama NSW. I have two survey datasets: - EXISTING GROUND: Allen & Price survey (K124744-01) — current site levels (DWG/DXF) - TARGET SURFACE: Scarrat & Associates survey (Ref 21909) — the levels the site needs to return to (DWG/DXF) Scope: 1. Build TIN surfaces from both datasets within the lot boundary extents 2. Run cut/fill comparison: Allen Price (existing) vs Scarrat (target) 3. Produce colour-coded cut/fill plan (DWG + PDF) 4. Produce volume schedule — total cut, total fill, net volume by zone (I will mark up zones) 5. Summary table on the drawing All source files ready to send immediately. Happy to jump on a call to walk you through the datasets. Deliverables: - Civil3D model file (.dwg) with both surfaces - Cut/fill colour plan (DWG + PDF) - Volume schedule (table on drawing or separate) Requirements: - Civil3D proficiency (surface modelling, volume calcs) - Must be able to start RIGHT NOW - Output within 1.5 hours of receiving files Paying premium rate for the turnaround. Bathroom already demo’s except for some tiles on the floor - Need full plumbing and draining relocation of small bathroom and toilet- all with pvc - sheeting/ waterproofing/ electrical and tiling ( tiles are 1200 by 600 tiles ) floor to ceiling. And fixturing of all tapwear etc All material has been purchased and ready for install. Please note- this bathroom is located 3.5 hours from Sydney in tumut and travel and accommodation can be compensated The bathroom is only 2.74 m long 1.95 m wide And almost 3 m tall Toilet is a small toilet room with tiles only going half way up the wall. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to build a custom, secure detailing rig inside the boot of my Nissan Pathfinder. Open to offers depending on experience and approach I run a mobile detailing business and need a clean, stable setup to mount my equipment safely.
