3-bedroom house with a timber subfloor. The floor is slightly uneven and has up-and-down movement when walking. We are preparing the house for herringbone tile installation, so the subfloor needs to be solid, level, and tile-ready. Job includes: • Inspect timber subfloor and joists • Fix any bounce or movement • Pack and level joists where required • Re-secure or replace subfloor sheets if needed • Prepare floor ready for cement sheet and self-levelling (tiler to do final levelling) Looking for an experienced carpenter or builder with subfloor preparation experience. Quote preferred after inspection.

I’m looking for general labour help to dig a trench so I can access an existing stormwater pipe for inspection and repair. There are roots in the pipes that I need access to so can replace the pipe. I have a good idea of where the roots will be but unsure how much will need to be dug up. I’ve dug up part of it but need help to dig the rest. I have all the tools required. Manual digging only No plumbing or technical skills required. Just need someone fit and willing to do physical work

A round/circular superficial crack has been found in my sink, and the landlord is requesting for the entire sink to be replaced. It is possible it is a cosmetic stress crack. I’m looking for a licensed plumber who can do an assessment and provide me with an official condition report stating: - Nature of the crack (cosmetic vs structural) - Whether there is any leak - Likely cause (installation stress / over-tightened waste) - Whether replacement is necessary - Quote for either replacement or fixing (depending on assessment above).

The TPS must include: a) Details of Tree Protection Zones, as per AS4970-2025, for all trees to be retained on the site and for all trees on neighbouring properties (including public open space trees) where any part of the Notional Root Zone falls within the subject site b) Tree protection measures to be utilised and at what stage of the development they will be implemented c) Appointment of a project arborist detailing their role and responsibilities d) Stages of development at which the project arborist will inspect the tree protection measures; and e) Monitoring and certification by the project arborist of implemented tree protection measures. Before any works associated with the approved development, a project arborist must be appointed and the name and contact details of the project arborist responsible for implementing the endorsed TPS must be submitted to the Responsible Authority. The TPS must include a Tree Protection Plan (TPP) in accordance with AS4970-2009 Protection of Tees on Development Sites. The TPP must: a) Be legible, accurate and drawn to scale b) Indicate the location of all tree protection measures to be utilised c) Include the development stages (demolition, construction, landscaping) where all tree protection measures are to be utilised; and d) Include a key describing all tree protection measures to be utilised.
