I need a qualified carpenter or subfloor specialist for two tasks: 1. FRONT ROOM — Subfloor inspection and repair Inspect the timber subfloor in the front room. Identify the cause of bounce or movement in one corner. Carry out minor repairs to stabilise the area (packing, re‑securing boards, fixing localised issues). Goal: make the room stable enough for carpet installation. 2. HALL AND LIVING — Floorboard gap filling Fill visible gaps between floorboards (approx 3–7 mm) in the hallway and living areas. Must use appropriate timber‑safe materials (not silicone). 3. OPTIONAL — Window and skirting gaps If you can bring builders bog and gap filler, I’m happy to add a few small window and skirting gaps to the job. Important context: The rest of the house will need a full restump in the coming years. This job is not a restump — I just need the front room stabilised now so I can carpet and use the space properly. If you also do restumping and the work today goes well, I’m open to considering you for the larger job later. Requirements: Must have experience with timber subfloors and structural timber work. Must be able to do proper floorboard gap filling. Must bring all tools and materials. Flexible — today, tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday. Please only respond if you are a carpenter or subfloor specialist with relevant experience.

URGENT — Civil3D Cut & Fill Plan — Need within 1.5 hours I need an experienced Civil3D operator to produce a cut/fill volume calculation and plan for a commercial development site (~5,765m²) in Kiama NSW. I have two survey datasets: - EXISTING GROUND: Allen & Price survey (K124744-01) — current site levels (DWG/DXF) - TARGET SURFACE: Scarrat & Associates survey (Ref 21909) — the levels the site needs to return to (DWG/DXF) Scope: 1. Build TIN surfaces from both datasets within the lot boundary extents 2. Run cut/fill comparison: Allen Price (existing) vs Scarrat (target) 3. Produce colour-coded cut/fill plan (DWG + PDF) 4. Produce volume schedule — total cut, total fill, net volume by zone (I will mark up zones) 5. Summary table on the drawing All source files ready to send immediately. I have a split system on the first floor on my townhouse. The unit is bracketed to the wall above the carport. The cover on the external pipe had come loose at the top, and rain in getting in now (see image 1 supplied). I would like to replace this a metal cover, along the same lines as shown image 2. But instead of the beige colour as shown, i'd like it to be Colourbond Monument to match the rest of the building's fixtures.
