The project already has existing drawings and a previous town planning design. We are now looking to modernise and improve the design before revised drawings are prepared for a new town planning application. The main focus is on layout refinement, façade improvement, external materiality and concept-level design direction. We are not looking for full town planning documentation or building permit drawings, as these will be prepared by our draftsperson/building designer.
