Chasing Luena is a Melbourne indie rock band looking for someone to handle daily community engagement across our Instagram and TikTok accounts. This is not a content or posting role. You will not create posts, and you will not reply to comments or DMs on our own account. The job is purely outbound engagement on other accounts, done consistently, every day. What the role involves: Log into Chasing Luena's Instagram and TikTok daily Each day, genuinely engage with similar bands, Melbourne music scene accounts, community radio stations, relevant music communities. Engagement means real, thoughtful comments and likes, not generic one word or emoji only comments. Follow a simple daily structure: a small number of comments/likes on smaller accounts, a smaller number on medium sized accounts, and at least one genuine engagement on a larger account in the scene, each day. In addition, reply to any outstanding comments, and create an Instagram note for each day. Keep a simple daily log noting which accounts you engaged with and what you commented, so we can review tone and quality. What will be out of scope: No posting or scheduling any content, on either platform. No engaging with any messages No use of automation tools, bots, or engagement pods. All activity must be manually done by you. Requirements: Experience managing or engaging on social media professionally, ideally in a music, arts, or creative industry context. Comfortable following a strict brand voice guide rather than writing in your own personal style. Reliable daily availability, weekends included, since engagement needs to happen consistently, not in bursts. Discretion with account access. You will be removed from access immediately at the end of the engagement, no exceptions. Budget is $60 per week
