I am looking for someone experienced in SketchUp or (similar)to complete a preliminary independent shadow analysis for a four-storey residential development. I do not have the original 3D model or CAD files. I can provide PDF copies of the approved: * site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plan; * DA shadow diagrams for comparison; * civil/earthworks drawings showing available site levels; * aerial imagery confirming orientation and nearby properties. Required work: * Create an approximate but accurately scaled 3D building model from the approved PDF plans. * Produce winter solstice shadow diagrams at hourly intervals from **8am to 3pm**. * Produce summer solstice shadow diagrams at **8am, 12pm and 3pm**. * Show shadow impacts on nearby residential properties. * Compare results with the submitted DA shadow diagrams. Deliverables * Clearly labelled shadow diagrams in PDF or image format. * Brief notes on assumptions, accuracy limitations and any further information needed. * Editable model file, if created. This is a preliminary technical review, not a marketing render. Accuracy is more important than presentation.
