I am trying to configure another wifi router in FTTB situation (not NBN). In my apartment, there is a room with phone line and a suspicious cable that comes down from the ceiling which I suspected as the lan-distributor throughout the house, and it wasn’t So I’m asking for help to you to fund out how to use the wall port in my room so I can set up another wifi in the house. CCTV system connected to a Telstra 5G dongle, which connects to a modem/router. I use the Danale app to view the cameras remotely. Local recording still works fine it’s just the remote viewing that’s no longer working. Possible issue: The modem might need a reset or reconfiguration, or the dongle settings (like port forwarding, IP/DNS, etc.) may have changed. Please let me know if you have experience with this kind of setup and can help get it back online

I have an email account under Outlook/Microsoft which says "Too Many Attempts" when I go to login in terms of password attempts/reset requests. Thing is, I didn't do this and have been advised that hackers have contributed to this. I can't get access to anyone online at Microsoft to actually talk to someone so reaching out here.
