Need a general handy person. Help me to fix the internet for a renter. Job should take approx 30min - 1hr max. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem, calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it’s working while on the phone. Property is a rental, you will gain access via a key & lockbox. Note: person does not need to be IT professional or technical. We will be on the phone to tech support, you are just the hands of the operation.

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem (possibly restarting), calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it's working while on the phone. Air Tasker should be someone with some IT experience and ability to deal with internet issues. Job should take 30 mins, no more than 1hr max.

I need assistance with an Orion Grid Connect Smart Wi-Fi Entrance Lock. The goal is to add a new user to the lock, but the current owner has forgotten the admin password, so we’re unable to access the app or settings to add users. I’m looking for someone familiar with Orion or Grid Connect smart locks (or similar Wi-Fi/Bluetooth locks) who can: Reset or recover the admin password Reconnect the lock to the Grid Connect app if needed Add a new user for access Please bring any tools or knowledge needed for a safe reset — the lock is installed and fully functional otherwise.
