I have an email account under Outlook/Microsoft which says "Too Many Attempts" when I go to login in terms of password attempts/reset requests. Thing is, I didn't do this and have been advised that hackers have contributed to this. I can't get access to anyone online at Microsoft to actually talk to someone so reaching out here.

I can no longer open my Outlook email account. I was able to reset my password, but the account still would not open. It's blocked on both my phone and laptop. I've gone through all the Microsoft info on the net, and it is just taking me around in circles. I've tried to open other Outlook addresses on my laptop and phone, and they are also blocked.
