Hi I have a new MacBook Air 15 inch and I am looking for someone to remote assst me with it setup so that it all makes sense as far as organisation of files and programs etc installs eg. I bought a new Mac and it turned out with was too small for what I needed to so I have set up my daughter with that one for school and I have now the bigger one which is the Mac you can buy in store . I am thinking I need the custom one as I don’t really want the heavy pro as I travel . So I am looking for advice on this as I have Still a wee to decide if I want to return and get the custom one Current Challenges * Printer not connecting all the time ( obviously the set up isn’t correct ) * things are being stored in random invisible files and I can’t locate them * Need storage architecture as I have a number of things that need to be stored as it relates to personal work business etc . * Google workspace organise set up *one drive set up for storage * advice on machine appropriate size * manage of my daughter online presence ( I have set her up as a user on workspace etc need to sitter her iCloud ) There are other this like the above and today I will work on some more specific tasks however I suspect that there maybe 20 or so things like the above Potential risky looking for ongoing support also as a small business should the price and advice be sound **** Update ***** Remote job I use superhuman for my mail , Fathom , Loom and other AI type of programs . So looking for formalise the data structure for these Thanks

I have a Synology NAS with around 6TB of family photos and videos that I need transferred to a new TrueNAS NAS. I've tried this over my LAN many times but it keeps failing about half way through. No corruption is apparent. I need immich set up including getting it working on my phone for backups.

I am still running windows 10, with the extended support. My hardware should support windows 11, but it appears that I need to do a full system back up to then reload windows so I can upgrade to 11.
