I wanted to change my ceiling shade but when I tried to take it down the entire shade came down as it was nailed into the roof. As I’m renting I just now want to have the shade the house came with reattached to the roof. I have the screws and everything I just don’t know how to put it back up myself. Thanks heaps!

We have a brand new extension in need of painting! The job is ready to go but we are planning a bit of work so no set date yet. Rooms include main living kitchen dining. Including a raked ceiling and skylights. Note there are sections that may not need the full amount of coats as behind cabinets (just primer) A laundry and pantry and a hallway. The bigger section is approx 65sqm and the hallway would be around another 10! Highlighted on plan Colours would be porters Byron White. we can provide the paint. Some protection required tor skylights and doors/windows. But floor is not complete Yet. Preference for primer and 2-3 coats. There is no trim work except for windows with metal reveals.

The garage ceiling needs to be replaced due to damage caused by a leak that has since been repaired. The affected area should be cut out in a square shape, replaced with new plasterboard, all ceiling gaps properly sealed with the right materials, and then repainted to match the existing finish. Please note that I don’t have non of the material that required for this job
