Hi, I need an experienced tree lopper / arborist to complete targeted tree trimming only (NOT removal). There is a tree in the rear yard that is: overhanging into the rear neighbour’s property, and growing towards/over the shed roofline I would like the minimum work done to cut the tree back so it no longer overhangs the neighbour’s side and is cleared away from the shed. Level 5 Arborist needed to write a letter confirming fig tree adjoining our boundary needs regular pruning to avoid excessive leaf and figs dropping into pool and backyard area. Focus needs to be on fire hazard due to excessive leaf droppings, pool and water contamination risks with children playing in the pool, amenity impacts and loss of enjoyment of property, and excessive leaf droppings on roof causing risk of increased maintenance and plumbing blockage. also an opinion of the fig species growth rate, Expected regrowth within 6 months as currently an arbitrary 10% approach to pruning is irrelevant without understanding the growth rate of the tree. Concluding opinion on whether 10% pruning is biologically sufficient and whether pruning cycle aligns with risk mitigation

Large tree in the front yard (private property) with a low, wide canopy. Branches are intertwined with overhead phone/NBN lines that service houses across the road, and trucks have knocked branches down before, taking out neighbours’ NBN.
