Experienced Gardener Wanted – Ongoing Garden Maintenance (Brookfield) I'm looking for an experienced and reliable gardener to provide regular ongoing maintenance for my property in Brookfield. The property isn't large, but the gardens have been professionally landscaped and I'd like someone who understands how to properly care for established gardens rather than simply mow the lawn. Regular tasks include: Lawn mowing and edging (two grassed areas) Weeding garden beds Pruning shrubs and plants as required Keeping the gardens tidy and preventing bushes from becoming overgrown Plant care, including fertilising and applying weed or pest treatments where appropriate General garden maintenance to keep everything looking healthy and well presented Seasonal tasks such as topping up mulch, light planting or replacing plants if required Advice on maintaining the health and appearance of the gardens Property Located in Brookfield Approximately three landscaped garden beds Two lawn areas Relatively small property with established gardens What I'm looking for I'm after someone who: Has experience maintaining quality residential gardens. Has good plant knowledge and understands pruning techniques. Is reliable and takes pride in their work. Can work independently and proactively identify what needs attention. Is looking for an ongoing, long-term gardening client, not just a one-off job. Timing I'm flexible with days and times that suit you. The most important thing is consistency and reliability. I have a busy work schedule and simply don't have the time to keep on top of the gardens, so I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of maintaining them to a high standard. Please tell me a little about your gardening experience, how often you would recommend visiting (fortnightly or monthly), and your hourly rate or preferred pricing structure.
