I am looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a professional 3D model of a building based on my existing floor plans and reference pictures of the design/aesthetic. The model should: Be built in a program such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or SketchUp (or another industry-standard program that can export to these formats). Accurately reflect the floor plans and design details. Be suitable for use in a professional submission/project. Ideally include the ability to generate a fly-through or walkthrough animation of the space. Requirements: Previous experience with architectural modelling. Ability to work from 2D floor plans and aesthetic references. Strong attention to detail and realism. (Optional) Ability to provide rendered images and/or an animation. Deliverables: The editable 3D model file. Rendered stills (if possible). Fly-through/walkthrough video (if agreed upon).
