Improve bookings on short term rental platforms with profit share arrangement once minimum monthly booking target achieved. I was thinking that we could structure this as a performance-based arrangement that works well for both of us. I’m happy to offer a 20% profit share, provided we first agree on a minimum monthly booking target for Booking.com and Stayz. My proposal would be: 1. We establish an agreed minimum monthly booking target, based on the property’s current performance and what we consider a reasonable growth target. 2. Once that minimum target has been achieved, you receive 20% of the net profit attributable to the bookings you generate through Booking.com and Stayz. 3. The 20% profit share would only apply once the agreed threshold has been reached. In other words, there would be no commission or profit share payable below that threshold. 4. We review performance monthly, looking at the number of bookings, revenue generated and overall profitability. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers Ike

Looking for a strong and capable two-person crew to unpack crates of stone and wall cladding at the front of our property in Waverley and move the contents to the backyard via the side easement. It’s about 30 metres each way - flat ground. I’ll show you where to stack everything. The job is to move the contents only. I can provide a wheelbarrow thats suitable for moving stone. I’m allowing around 4 hours depending on access and weight. Please quote for both people and let me know your availability. $30/hour/person

I would like to make a disco ball costume for my 2yo (and possibly by 5yo) for an event at the end of November. I have included an image below of what I am thinking. I also have a shopping list of the supplies I think are needed - but happy to take guidance.
