We’re looking for a reliable, practical, tech-savvy person to assist with the ongoing management of a high-end villa in Tamarama. This is not a trade-qualified role. It’s ideal for a university student, someone studying engineering or IT, a handyman-type person, or anyone who enjoys solving problems, organising things, and taking ownership of small projects. The work is varied and will change from week to week. Examples include: * Troubleshooting household technology (e.g. Roborock robot vacuum, Billy water system, smart home devices and appliances). * Liaising with manufacturers or warranty providers when repairs or replacements are required. * Testing equipment before guest check-ins and creating simple checklists to ensure everything is working correctly. * Organising storage areas, including sorting children’s toys, games and household items. * Coordinating small maintenance jobs with contractors (e.g. minor repairs, replacing damaged tiles, arranging servicing). * Completing general property tasks and helping keep the home running smoothly. * Researching solutions to problems and following them through until they’re resolved. We’re looking for someone who: * Is organised and proactive. * Enjoys troubleshooting and figuring things out. * Is comfortable using apps, technology and online support resources. * Has good attention to detail. * Is reliable and communicates well. * Can work independently and take ownership of tasks. This is an ongoing casual role, not a one-off job. Hours are flexible and will vary depending on what needs to be done, making it ideal alongside university or another part-time role.
