• Job Type: General cleaning for Airbnb properties • Location: Multiple locations around the city • Qualities Needed: Respectful, reliable, quick, efficient, trustworthy, thoughtful, caring, nice, punctual and attentive to detail • Schedule: The cleaning primarily takes place between the last checkout (10am) and next check-in (3pm) • Pay: Competitive rate - payment will be per property - the reference is a property of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and adjusted accordingly if the property is smaller or larger • Duration: Ongoing for the right candidate Tasks: The main objective is to leave the premises and make it seem like no one was ever there or used it: - To make beds (“with hospital corners” - easy and we can teach you) - Dust all furniture and surfaces - Clean whole bathroom and kitchen - Take out the trash and put new bin bags - Replenish the property with the products we’ll give you - Vacuuming thoroughly each and every corner of the property - Mopping mostly only when needed to get stains or footprints off the floor - Mainly this is a regular cleaning in between guests checkout (10am) and next check-in (3pm), not a deep cleaning/end of lease cleaning where we’d have to do windows, walls or things like that (if it comes to that, we adjust the pay accordingly)
