I am looking for a meticulous cleaner for a post-renovation deep clean of a 2-bedroom apartment. We have just had floor leveling and hybrid flooring installed, so there is fine concrete dust throughout the apartment that needs a thorough 'top-down' removal Must have a HEPA filter vacuum (Standard vacuums will just blow the fine dust back into the air). Top-Down Dusting: Wipe down all walls, ceiling corners, door frames, skirting, and light fixtures using damp microfiber cloths. Kitchen & Bathroom: Detailed wipe-down of all external surfaces, including inside kitchen cupboards (empty) and bathroom vanity where dust has settled. New Hybrid Floors: Careful vacuuming and damp mopping using a pH-neutral cleaner (no steam mops or harsh chemicals please). Window Tracks & Sills: Vacuum and wipe out dust from internal window tracks and sills.

Cleaning Guidelines: 1. Stove: including elements, to be thoroughly cleaned. All elements must be working. 2. Microwave oven: to be cleaned inside and outside. 3. Kitchen drawers: cupboards, sink, tiles, grouting and benches to be cleaned thoroughly. All kitchen utensils, crockery and cooking items must be washed and dried. 4. Range hood: including filters, to be cleaned and lights are working. 5. PowerPoint's and light: switches to be wiped clean. 6. Blinds/Curtains: to be cleaned and all in working order. 7. Door/Windows: both inside and outside (where practical), windowsills, tracks to be cleaned. 8. Cupboards: cleaned both inside and out and mirrors cleaned where applicable. All personal items must be removed. 9. Walls: to be cleaned and maintained throughout the unit. 10. Ceilings: need to have cobwebs removed, air-conditioning vent cleaned where applicable, fan blades to be dusted. 11. Cobwebs: and moth eggs and nests to be removed with a dry dust cloth. 12. Bathroom and toilet: Particular attention is to be paid to the bathroom and toilet area. Bathroom cabinets and shower recesses to be free of soap, hair, mould and mildew. Shower screens to be free of soap stains and tracks to be cleaned and in working condition. Toilets are to be scrubbed and disinfected. Mirrors and basin to be cleaned. Towel rails and other fittings to be wiped clean. 13. All floors: skirting boards, door frames to be cleaned. 14. Carpets: to be vacuumed and tiles mopped. Carpets must then be professionally cleaned. 15. Balcony: to be cleaned and free of dust and rubbish. All fixtures and fittings on balcony to be cleaned and all rubbish removed. 16. Air con vent: to be wiped clean 17.
