Phase 2: Deep Clean (Detailed Surfaces) * High-Level Dusting: Clean ceilings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and the tops of door frames and cabinets. * Walls & Trim: Wipe down walls, baseboards, and window sills with a damp microfiber cloth to trap fine particles. * HVAC Maintenance: Clean air vent covers and replace all air filters to prevent construction dust from recirculating. * Inside Cabinetry: Vacuum and wipe out the interiors of all kitchen and bathroom drawers, cupboards, and closets. * Glass & Windows: Clean interior glass, tracks, and frames; use specialised scrapers for paint or adhesive spots. Clean laundry room - wipe down all surfaces, clean sink before leaving and put the dirty cloths in washing machine before leaving. 6. Take out trash and clean all trash cans including the recycle trash bin 7. Vacuum and mop floors. Vacuum cat tree, cat beds and cat Matts. use floor detergent first then mop again with hot water. Empty out vacuum cleaner and mop bucket, wipe and put away in cupboard. 8. Pack all dirty sheets, towels, floor mats, kitchen towels in laundry bag. 9. Remove couch throws and replace with fresh ones. 10. Wash balcony 11. Each room dust skirting boards, wipe doors,door handles, switches, skirting boards.
