Hi! I’m looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented and good at both cleaning and home organisation to help tomorrow at our small 2-bedroom townhouse in Geelong. This is a mix of general house cleaning and organising. The main priorities are cleaning the floors/living areas, sorting clean clothes, organising bathroom drawers/products, and giving the shower a proper scrub. Tasks required: General House Clean * Vacuum all carpeted areas * Vacuum couch/lounge area thoroughly, especially for pet hair * Vacuum and mop hardwood/tiled floors * Wipe down kitchen benches and visible surfaces * General tidy/reset where needed Laundry / Clothes Organisation * Hang clean clothes on hangers and put them into the wardrobe * Fold clean clothes that don’t need hanging * Sort folded clothes into neat piles * Help make the clothes/laundry feel more organised and manageable Bathroom Organisation * Organise bathroom drawers/cupboard * Sort products into logical categories * Wipe out drawers/shelves if needed * Group similar items together and make the space easier to use Bathroom Cleaning * Deep scrub shower glass/screen * Clean shower area properly, including any visible build-up * Clean bathroom surfaces, basin, mirror and toilet if time allows General Notes * Small single-storey 2-bedroom townhouse * We have two dogs, so there may be some pet hair around * Looking for someone who can work independently and use common sense with organising * Please provide your own vacuum, ideally suitable for pet hair * I have cleaning products available, but you’re welcome to bring any preferred shower/shower-screen products Timing * Needed tomorrow Please only apply if you’re comfortable with both cleaning and organising. Our long-term housekeeper (who we absolutely love) will be heading overseas, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home. We’re using Airtasker to find the right person, starting with a trial and continuing long-term if it’s a good fit. We’re after someone reliable and detail-oriented to help with general household tasks. This would typically be 1–2 hours per week, with some weeks increasing up to 6 hours, depending on what’s needed.
