It should be a straightforward job—only a screwdriver and a mallet are required, and complete instructions are provided. The apartment is located on A’Beckett Street, Melbourne, and we’d like the job done as soon as possible. We’re a rental company and often have ongoing handyman work available, so there may be future opportunities as well. Anytime could work.
