For the desk - Desk frame (6 steps) — ~45 minutes Adjusting the top frame, attaching the lifting column, fitting the feet, side brackets, mounting the tabletop, and connecting all the electronics/cables. Straightforward for someone experienced. Each cabinet (ECF185-RIG / EC185-LEF, 9 steps each) — ~50–60 minutes each These are more involved — cam locks (35 pins, 35 cams), drawer runners, inset hinges, and threading the lift column through the cabinet top. The diagrams show a 2-person job for parts of this. Total estimate: around 2.5 to 3 hours for the complete setup, assuming both cabinets are being built. A few caveats worth noting: the cabinet assembly requires a second person for some steps, and the cable management/control box wiring on the frame benefits from patience to get it tidy. If the tabletop is being sourced separately and pre-drilled, that saves time; if it needs marking and drilling, add another 20–30 minutes. For the gym - Please see photos

Removal and reassmbly of Multi-gym: We are changing the gym carpet in our unit complex. Looking for quotes to disassembled, remove and reassembled the multigym after carpet replacement. No relocation/transportation is needed. This multigym needs to be removed from the gym room to install carpet and then brought back in.

Assemble Cortex SS3 single-station home gym. Large, heavy gym equipment with cables and pulleys. Instructions will be provided. I can be available for short periods if there are any steps that require two people to lift or align parts, if needed. Please bring your own tools. Ideally looking to have this assembled in the next few days, but I am fairly flexible on timing during the day. Funky Monkey Jungle Gym set needing to be assembled. 5m x 2m size. All parts and tool is at location ready to be built. Had someone due to do it Christmas Eve but time / weather didn’t allow and really want it up asap as it’s a Christmas present.
