Looking for someone (or a team) to complete a couple of household jobs at my apartment in Chatswood. Job 1 – Remove Household Items Please collect and remove: • 1 x fridge (approximately 4 years old and in working order) • 1 x front load washing machine (approximately 4 years old and in working order) • 1 x dining table You’re welcome to keep, recycle or resell the fridge and washing machine if you’d like. Job 2 – Assemble Flat Pack Assemble 1 x flat pack tallboy. All parts and hardware are included. Please bring your own tools. Requirements • Suitable vehicle and equipment to safely move the items. • Experience assembling flat pack furniture. • Take care not to damage the apartment or common areas during removal. • Please remove any packaging from the flat pack once assembled. Wardrobe details: • IKEA PAX wardrobe • Approx. 200cm wide x 60cm deep x 236cm high • 4 TÖNDSTAD doors with integrated handles • 5 drawers • 2 pull-out trays • Brand new, flat-packed and delivered prior to installation Scope of work: • Assemble wardrobe completely • Install drawers, pull-out trays and doors • Align and adjust doors correctly • Secure wardrobe safely to wall in accordance with IKEA instructions • Remove a section of existing skirting board behind the wardrobe footprint so the wardrobe can sit flush against the wall • Wardrobe will be installed against a wall with existing skirting board and picture rail. Please include any work required to allow the wardrobe to sit flush and be safely secured to the wall. • Remove and dispose of cardboard and packaging in our bins after completion of job.
