I’m looking for a builder or team of tradies to convert my downstairs garage in Nambour into a finished studio and living space. The job includes installing sliding doors and windows, framing where needed, and plasterboarding the walls and ceiling. The existing concrete floor will need grinding and sealing. There’s also plumbing for a kitchen sink and construction of concrete kitchen shelving and benchtops. I’d like someone to inspect the space, and provide an itemised quote for the work.
